This weekend I attended the Coaching Certificate Program offered by ASTD. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the class; given it is a 2-day program.

Ginny (Virginia Bianco-Mathis), the instructor and creator of the class is extremely talented and a master story-teller. She has an impressive background as educator, professional and author.
